USAID Poverty Assessment Tools Status

The following table summarizes the status of all the PAT tools. Under the tool status column, tools are classified: retrofit pending, revised tool pending, and coming soon. “Retrofit pending” means that the tool will be recalibrated using the same dataset to use the updated 2005 international PPP poverty line of $1.25/day, where applicable, and to add at least one poverty line. “Revised tool pending” means that a significantly newer dataset is available for country with an existing PAT tool, so the PAT tool will be appropriately updated. “Coming soon” means that a PAT is being constructed for a new country.
